Lotus Bud Wellness was created in 2022 as an effort to make whole body wellness and compassionate self care available to those who want it.

Our Mission

Whole Body Care for Every Body. We believe that every person has the right to achieve their own version of living their best life. We strive to provide the tools that make that possible, with integrated health coaching, body positive yoga, and compassionate accountability to help anyone accomplish their goals.

What We Offer

Yoga Classes - available in person or online, in either a personal or group setting. See the calendar or reach out to enquire about options.

There are a variety of yoga options available, focusing on restorative and hatha flows in order to improve flexibility, mobility, and connection with self.

Health Coaching Sessions- available in person or online. Currently there are not options for group health coaching, but please let us know if this is of interest to you, as they may become available down the line.

Health coaching topics available include nutrition, activity, sleep, stress, self care, goal achievement, and many more. Let us know if you have a topic in mind you would like to explore.

About The Founder

Katie Stone-Warner has an RYT yoga certification, an Integrated Health Coach certification from IIN, and a Masters of Science in Nutrition from NUNM. She has 2+ years of experience as a health coach, and 8+ years of experience as a yoga instructor. She is also familiar with the uphill battle that is trying to be healthy and balanced while living in a larger body, and will hold a space for you that is free of judgement and expectations.
